Attorney Kollin L. Rice earned his Bachelor of Arts,
cum laude, from the University
of Toledo in 1993 and earned his law degree, also cum laude from the University of Toledo, in 1996. He was admitted
to practice before the Ohio Supreme Court and U.S. District Court for the
Northern District of Ohio in 1996, the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in
1997, and the U.S. Supreme Court in 2006. He has extensive experience
litigating in state and federal courts and administrative hearings. |

Kollin Rice is the author of has written a program for Macintosh computers
which calculates the present values of future payments or series or payments.

Kollin Rice is also the author of "Ohio Law Governing Employee
Covenants Not to Compete: A Practitioner's Guide to Current Trends and the Impact
of Ohio's Adoption of the Uniform Trade Secrets Act, 23 Ohio Northern
